Gunaras Thermal Spa and Tourist Ltd

The thermal water of Dombóvár-Gunaras in County Tolna has helped people recover from different kinds of locomotor diseases, gastric pains, intestinal complaints and gall-bladder diseases, as well as for gynaecologic, gums and mouth problems. The treatments are perfectly suitable for those who suffer from respiratory, circular and vascular problems, and for dermatological diseases.
The thermal spa became a health resort in 1977. The spa lies in an 8,5acre park.
The bath lies in a 7,1acre territory out of which 1acre is a lake, and 6,1acre is greenery.
The open air bath is opened from May to September, where you can find a swimming pool, a bath pool, a thermal sitting pool, a children pool, an attraction pool and great slides.
The thermal spa is open all year long. The pools found in the spa are the following:

Treatments that can be required in the spa:
1. Electro therapies: special galvanic current treatments, iontophoresis, selective stimulus electro therapies, diadynamic treatments, ultrasonic therapies, extensive vibrator.
2. Electrical therapies combined with thermal water: electrical bath tube, electrical limb bath, carbonated treatments.
3. Balneo therapy: underwater gymnastics, weight bath, tube bath, mud packs, medical massage, pool bath, carbonated treatment.
